Labor and Delivery Doula Services- 
Resources for women and families regarding pre and postpartum health. Services include information about vaccinations, hospital and birth center procedures, midwifery, nutrition and assistance with birth plans. We also provide breast feeding consultations and comforting acupressure massage before and during labor.

Zen Shiatsu-
A Japanese form of acupressure traditionally performed on a floor mat. The individual is comfortably clothed. Each session is designed to treat the whole person and often times uncovers blockages in a person's system. This technique utilizes assisted stretching and muscle relaxation so healing is allowed to occur at its own pace on deeper levels. Sometimes a treatment includes moxa, non-insertion needle technique and meditation. The purpose intended for each session is to assist the body in its naturally dynamic process of balance and restoration.

Contribution for 90min session- $100

Herbal Products for Sustainable Living-
Remedies designed, ethically wild crafted and organically grown for general wellness, pregnancy, new born care, postpartum and immune health, skin conditions and nutritional supplementation.
